The Ca(I)re (Putting the "I" into Care) programme helps carers in Edinburgh maintain their own good health and general wellbeing and enable them to fulfil their caring role
Care for Carers
Care for Carers is a Voluntary Organisation which delivers services to carers in Edinburgh and specific short breaks to carers from across Scotland
VOCAL
VOCAL supports and empowers unpaid carers in Edinburgh and Midlothian through individual support, information, training and access to services

If you are a carer of someone with mental health difficulties, you are very welcome to come along to our Empathy in Mind Group.
